Fixing the Middle-Market Problem
Celoxis is a 20+ year old PPM software that found itself stuck in the middle of the market. It was more powerful than most low-cost tools, but not clearly positioned as an enterprise product either.

This meant it was attracting the wrong audience, teams looking for cheaper tools, while missing out on high-value enterprise clients. The result was strong inbound but poor conversions.

We restructured the entire messaging across the website, newsletters, campaigns and collaterals to clearly position Celoxis as an enterprise-grade solution. By narrowing the narrative and targeting the right audience, we reduced low-intent leads and improved conversion without increasing spend.

Procedure Tech (pro.), an AI engineering and security platform for production systems, was starting out and needed a clear brand system along with a way to attract the right technical audience for their first cohort.
